| Jared is an amazing 11 year old boy who falls between the cracks of the foster care program. He quickly finds himself all alone in the world and decides he can no longer depend on strangers in government agencies who say they are acting in his best interest. He heads out on his own, sets sail in a small boat and soon finds himself on an island with a man who has a dark past and many secrets. The island is also not what it seems.
