The Ill-Made Mute
| Cecilia Dart-Thornton
| In a world where there is no boundary between the lands of men and those of creatures from legend, a child awakens -- disfigured, disoriented, and utterly unaware of who she is or how she came to be wandering the dangerous landscape. Fortunately, an old female servant takes her in and protects her from the rough treatment of others who have no pity for those who are different. As she grows, the foundling girl finds friends in this strange land, and together, they set out to find the three things she longs to know most: her name, her past, and her future.
